Curd is a staple food for Indian homes especially in South India.

Always in stock at homes and is a must at the end of almost every south Indian meals.

After the heavy meal, eating curd rice at the end, helps in digestion.

Few people, like to eat thick curd along with adding salt/sugar.


Apply 1 teaspoon of curd on your face, by giving gentle massage, leave it for 10 - 15 mins.

Rinse with water and pat the skin dry, preferably before bed.


Because of lactic acid content, it can be useful in:

  • Treating sun burn.

  • Good moisturiser.

  • Improves skin tone and gives glow to the skin, on daily usage.
