Baby Potatoes Dry

Garlic and Spiced Baby Potatoes are simple, quick, delicious and love to have kind of a dish.

When you are in no mood to cook more, but you feel like having something tasty, this is the recipe to prepare.

In this recipe, I have used Maggi Magic Masala, because it is one of my favourite masala powder, which adds extra taste and enhances the flavour of dish.

Baby Potatoes Dry
Ingredients:
  1. Baby Potatoes - 20

  2. Garlic Cloves (finely chopped) - 8 to 10

  3. Maggi Magic Masala/Chicken Masala Powder/Garam Masala Powder - 2 tsp

  4. Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp

  5. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp

  6. Coriander and Mint Leaves (chopped) - Few

  7. Salt - As per taste

  8. Oil - 1 tsp

Baby Potatoes Dry
Method:
  1. In a pressure cooker, boil the Baby Potatoes by adding little Salt and enough water, for 2 whistles.

  2. Cool it, once done, peel off the skin of Potatoes. 

  3. Heat Oil in a pan.

  4. Add finely chopped Garlic Cloves and fry for sometime.

  5. Add Potatoes and saute slowly, until Potatoes turn slight golden brown in colour.

  6. Now add Maggi Magic Masala/Chicken Masala Powder/Garam Masala Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt and roast on a low flame until masala is nicely coated on Potatoes.

  7. Now add chopped Coriander and Mint Leaves, fry for some more time.

  8. Turn off the flame and serve hot.


(Adjust the Salt and spices according to taste)
